SCHOOL CHILD LEAVE RULE

  • Leave application duly signed by parents must be sent a day before if their ward is going to be absent.
  • Students are not allowed to take any leave without prior written application from parents/guardians. If for any unavoidable reason a student is absent without leave, he/she must apply for leave on the first day the student returns to school.
  • Sick leave for more than three days must be supported by a Medical Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner                          ( No child suffering from an infectious or contagious disease should come to school unless he/she has fully recovered).
  •  If a child remains absent for three consecutive days in the beginning of the new session, his/her name will be struck off from      the rolls. In this case, he/she has to seek re-admission which will depend on the discretion of the Principal.                              Children are expected to attend school regularly. 

 [Note:  Students will be responsible for completing the work missed while on leave under guidelines of teachers. A fine of Rs.1-/ per day will be charged from the student who will be absent without submitting any application.]


School Uniform

It is compulsory for the new students to get at least two sets of school uniform at the time of admission to bring uniformity. All students must come to school neat and clean, dressed in the prescribed uniform of the school everyday. The students without proper uniform will be sent back home.

Summer Uniform:

Boys  Light Blue half sleeves shirt with stripes (lines) and Dark Blue Pant, School Tie, School Belt, School Blue Socks, Black shoes.

Girls  Light blue half sleeves Shirt with stripes, Dark-Blue tunic-skrit with round neck, light blue ribbon/hair band/clips, School Tie, School Belt, School Blue Socks, Black Shoes.

Winter Uniform

Boys  Light Blue full sleeves shirt with stripes, Dark Blue Pant, Navy Blue Blazer with Monogram, Blue School Socks, Black Shoes, School Tie, School Belt,
Girls  Light Blue full sleeves Shirt with stripes, Light Blue Hair band/clips, light blue plain stocking, black shoes, Dark blue tunic, School Tie, School Belt.

Timing: Winter Uniform 15th Oct. to 15th March
Blazer - 15 Nov. to 15 Feb.


[ Note: If  girls wish to wear Salwar-Kurta instead of tunic-shirt, they are allowed to do so. Light Blue Kurta with Stripes, Dark Blue Salwar and Dupatta.]


General Rules

  • The students are expected to behave in a decent and disciplined manner inside and outside the class-room.
  • They are expected to observe the simple rules of decency towards each- other. This is specially important as the institution is a co-educational one.
  • Students are not allowed to bring Mobile Phones and other valuable articles to the school. The school is not responsible for goods lost.
  • The students should extend help in keeping the class-rooms and the school campus clean.
  • Being an English Medium School, children are expected to converse in English inside and outside the class-room.
  • Students will not be permitted to leave for home before the school gets over, without a written application from their parents/guardians.
  • Students should reach the school at least 5 minutes before the first bell rings. The school gate will be closed 5 minutes after the first bell rings. Late comers will be sent back home.
  • Once a child comes to school, he/she will not be permitted to leave the school or to meet anyone during the school hours without a proper letter of authority from the parents.
  • Students shall keep their bicycles at the cycle stand for which they shall pay yearly to the contractor.
  • Only the students possessing driving license will be permitted to come to school by moped, scooter / motorcycle etc. It is compulsory for them to carry the driving license with them everyday.
  • The students are advised not to write anything or otherwise disfigure the walls, doors or windows in the school premises.
  • They should also take care not to write anything objectionable on the blackboards or to bring any objectionable literature to the school.
  • Special care must be taken of all school property. Do not litter, use the trash bins. Do not scratch the desks, charts or break school furniture. Damage or breakage done even accidentally should be reported to the Class Teacher. The students will be required to pay for any damage to school property.
  • Students are advised to bring their I-Card and the Diary every day to school.
  • Co-curricular activities are an important part of the training in life. Student are advised to make the best use of their leisure hours by participating in such activities and  cultivate healthy hobbies.
  • It is obligatory for students to take part in the cultural / extra-curricular activities/games. They may be exempted by the Principal only on the basis of medical grounds.
  • Student should observe polite standards wherever they go. They should  always remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They must respect their uniform.
  • The home work assigned to the students should be done regularly and systematically. Parents are requested to co-operate and supervise the work of their wards.
  • Students are advised to bring all their difficulties to the notice of their class-teachers.
  • The school accepts no responsibility if a student is obliged to return home because of failure -
    • To wear proper school uniform.
    • To bring proper books and note-books.
  • Private tuition should be strongly discouraged. Please do not contact the school teachers for it.
  • Messages from the parents can be communicated through this diary.
  • No visitor will be permitted to give any calles to the students during school hours.
  • Parents Teachers meeting are held as per the given schedule. All parents must attend the meeting in order to know the progress of their ward.
  • Water bottles, blazers and pullovers should bear name of the student.
  • Parents are requested not to give more than Rs. 10 to their ward. If for some reason, he /she has to bring more, written information must be sent to the class teacher.
